Sox Beat Yanks Again
Wednesday, June 10, 2009. Ugh. The New York Yankees lost to the Boston Red Sox again tonight 6-5 led by the terrible pitching (once again) of Chien-Ming Wang. Wang went just 2 2/3 innings, giving up 4 runs. The Yankees, who out hit the Red Sox, fought back all night but missed too many chances to score ones and fell short. The Sox have beaten the Yankees in all seven of their games this season; this is getting revolting. Final box score: Yankees 5 runs, 11 hits, 0 errors; Red Sox 6 runs, 9 hits, 0 errors.
